Neurodiversity in the Workplace
On 10–11 November, we’re hosting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, an interactive Haworth workshop exploring neurodiversity, sensory needs and more inclusive workplace design.
This hands-on workshop invites participants to step into the shoes of different personas and explore how everyday work environments can create both challenges and opportunities for neurodivergent individuals.
The session begins with a 30-minute knowledge-sharing presentation on neurodiversity in workplace and spatial design, including Haworth’s research approach, key insights and practical sensory design implications.
Participants will then work in groups to identify sensory and cognitive barriers, before co-creating practical, human-centred solutions across physical space, workplace policies and supportive tools.
The session concludes with the sharing of actionable ideas and high-level design concepts aimed at enabling more inclusive and adaptable workplaces.
