Amilia Wallace is Head of Research and Trends for Haworth Asia Pacific, where she explores the evolving relationship between people, work and place. Drawing on Haworth’s global workplace research, she helps translate insights into practical strategies for creating more human-centred, inclusive and adaptable work environments.
With a focus on workplace behaviour, sensory needs and the future of work, Amilia brings a research-led perspective to how spaces can better support different ways of thinking, working and collaborating. For this session, she will guide participants through Haworth’s neurodiversity research and lead an interactive workshop exploring how design can help create more inclusive workplaces.
